The Western Magazine, a regional newspaper that has circulated throughout western New South Wales for 50 years has closed it doors. Its last edition is inserted in The Western Herald today.

Published weekly in Dubbo by Australian Community Media (ACM) with a claimed circulation of around 50,000, and a readership of over 100,000 the Western Magazine is inserted into 25 local newspapers, including The Western Herald.
