Stunning wildflowers on Ledknapper tour

A group of nature-loving residents from Bourke and Brewarrina, along with visitors to the region have benefitted from a spring flower tour of the Ledknapper Nature Reserve.
The National Parks and Wildlife tour of the reserve 100kms northeast of Bourke set off on the tag-a-long tour on Saturday 19 September.
Several locals from Bourke and Brewarrina joined the tour, along with travellers from as far as Canberra and Newcastle.
NPWS Ranger Madi Glass said that highlights of the day included discovering a variety of stunning wildflowers including common everlasting daisies, grevilleas, and fringe myrtles. […]
