St Ignatius students shine at Polding Athletics

Four youngsters from St Ignatius Parish School took a big step in their athletics careers, representing their school at the prestigious Polding Athletics carnival at the Hunter Sports Centre in Newcastle on Friday.
Benjamin Orcher and Joey Bottom competed in the 100m sprint and the Junior Boys relay with Sonny Bowden and Cooper Clarke.
Making it to the highly competitive Polding Athletics stage is an incredible achievement for St Ignatius, giving the students the chance to compete against some of the top young athletes from across NSW.
Well done to the boys on an outstanding effort and representing St Ignatius with great sportsmanship!
