With the welcome rise of activity in real estate, local stock and station agents are run off their feet as properties go under the hammer.

Schute Bell Property Manager, Sharon Dickson, said the turnaround has been great for the community in many ways.

“Positivity breeds positivity and it’s great to be working at our optimum again,” Sharon said.

“The hype is infectious, and with significant interest in the Bourke market at present, people are jumping on board.
