Bourke’s local boxing club “Nothing more, nothing less Amateur Boxing Club” was able to have Paul “Showtime” Fleming visit on Thursday 13 June.

Paul is an Aboriginal man from Tully Queensland, who had an outstanding career in boxing.

He is now retired and is focused on running his own gym in Sydney while supporting youth through his program ‘Transformative Horizons’.

During his visit the boys got to hear Paul’s story, and potential pathways to success even if you are from a small town.

They also had the opportunity to learn new skills and to get in the ring with ‘Showtime” himself.[…]
