The number of young families in the Far West is increasing, which is good news for Bourke, Brewarrina, Lightning Ridge and Walgett. Not only are the youngsters bringing new energy to our communities - they are also driving an increased need for early childhood services.

Already, funding has been promised by the NSW State government for new early learning centres, and that means job opportunities for local people who want to work in the early education and childcare sector.
