The future is looking bright for the youngest oif our Bourke citizens, with nine newly qualified early childhood educators graduating at Bourke and District Children’s Services.

BDCS is celebrating what is a major milestone, with two staff members successfully completing their Diploma and seven completing their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, seven of whom proudly identify as First Nations. Their achievement strengthens Bourke’s early childhood workforce at a time when demand for services is growing across the region and reflects BDCS’s ongoing commitment to creating strong local employment pathways.
