Meanwhile at the Back O’Bourke Gallery, local artist Jenny Greentree is on the brushes preparing for her upcoming exhibition ‘A Different Perspective’.

For the last twelve months Jenny has had the opportunity to get above the town for a bird’s eye view of the landscapes of Bourke.

Jenny says the wonderful landscape is amazing from the air with the river running through the variations of red and grey soils.

“I have been flying with Rossy Williams and had the opportunity to see the landscape from above and from some peculiar angles.

“It’s a different perspective from the air that’s for sure,” Jenny laughs.

Mostly known for her realistic landscapes in pastels, Jenny is taking a risk as an artist, taking on something totally different.
