Easter in Bourke is always a big one, and this year is no different, with a full program of events bringing the community together and welcoming visitors to town.

The Back O’Bourke Easter Festival offers something for all ages, combining community traditions with a strong line-up of activities across four days.

Festivities begin on Good Friday, with church services alongside a mix of relaxed and family-friendly events.

The popular Easter Colour Run starting at the wharf precinct is again expected to draw a crowd, while social bowls and Jandra paddle vessel cruises provide a chance to catch up and ease into the weekend. […]
