Three keen Goodooga Central School students have spent time stepping out of the classroom and into the workforce, as part of the school’s long-running Transition to Work program.
Deontai Williams, Maleek Lane-Brown, and Jarell Frail took part in a five-day work experience program designed to expose students to a range of different occupations and help guide future career pathways.
Relieving Head Teacher of Secondary Studies Sam Crook said the initiative gave students the chance to explore careers they might be interested in before committing to further study or training. […]
