The Bourke High School was transformed into a chic restaurant last Thursday when hospitality the high school students hosted a Mediterranean evening.

The pop-up restaurant was an opportunity for fifteeen students to demonstrate their culinary and hospitality skills, and Bourke High School Executive Principal, Murray Cronin, said the students came through with flying colours.

“It was an amazing night,” Mr Cronin said. “We had around 60 people who were treated to a three-course meal, and all of them said the food and the service was outstanding, and there was more than they could eat. […]
