An officer attached to Central North Police District has been recognised for his dedication to duty at an awards ceremony at the Bourke Police station.

Last Friday, Senior Constable Nicholas Leonard was presented a Commissioner’s Commendation for Courage by NSW Police Force Commissioner, Michael Fuller.

Commissioner Fuller made the trip to Bourke with Deputy Commissioner Mal Lanyon and Minister for Police and Emergency Services, David Elliott.
