The search is on once again for Bourke’s next Young Woman, with local organiser Charlotte McGrory stepping into the role of coordinator for the 2025 program.

Charlotte, who represented Bourke in the competition last year and progressed all the way to the state finals, said she was excited to give back to the program that had given her so much.

“I really do want to stay involved for as long as possible,” Charlotte said.

“I want to continue working with the young women and supporting them, as well as continuing to help with other aspects of the Bourke Show.”

Charlotte’s new role sees her leading the charge in encouraging local participation and supporting this year’s entrants.

“Right now, my main focus is outreach – speaking to young women in the community and encouraging them to get involved in the program,” she said.

“After that, I’ll work closely with them in the lead-up to the Bourke Show – introducing them to different aspects of the event, from the Farmer’s Challenge to running the Pavilion.”

Once the local representative is chosen, Charlotte will support her through the next stage of the program – the Zone level – and hopefully all the way to the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

Charlotte knows firsthand how valuable the experience can be. […]

Expressions of interest are now open for the 2025 Bourke Young Woman. Interested participants must apply by Friday 25 April and be available for the Bourke Show on Saturday 17 May. To learn more or to express your interest, contact Charlotte McGrory on 0421 921 287.

Charlotte has assumed the responsibility of Bourke's Young Woman program, an important initiative empowering young women. While selecting topics for Tort law research papers, it is necessary to discuss subjects such as negligence, liability, and legal reforms. These topics not only demonstrate the development of Tort law research paper topics but also its social influence.
