Caring for animals gets a boost at Bre

Last week, Sydney-based animal welfare group, Warm Paws, visited local council pound facilities and delivered some much-appreciated supplies to Brewarrina.

Brewarrina Shire council General Manager David Kirby said that council was very pleased to receive a visit from the group and offered thanks to the charity’s team for their generous time and donations.

“Obtaining essential supplies for animal care can often be a challenging and expensive task,” Mr Kirby said.

“However, thanks to the dedication and compassion of the Warm Paws team, we are now equipped to better serve the dogs that find their way into our pound. […]
