The town centre of Brewarrina will be transformed with the construction of a new multipurpose sports centre, a huge investment into the community.

Brewarrina Shire Council has shared a first look at concept designs and the location for the landmark Multipurpose Sports Complex, a state-of-the-art facility in heart of the main street at 70 Bathurst Street.

Jointly funded by the Australian Government through the Growing Regions Program and Brewarrina Shire Council, concept designs for the multi-use, purpose-built space includes indoor and outdoor courts, gym, youth and community hubs, gymnastics hall and kiosk alongside an outdoor playground and water park.
