Brewarrina is set to get a fresh hub for sport, recreation, and community connection, with the $10 million Multipurpose Sports Complex moving into its next exciting phase.

Leading architects AJC have joined the project to turn the vision into reality, promising a facility that will reflect the heart of the town and its people.

Funded through the Federal Government’s Growing Regions Program, the new complex aims to provide spaces for youth activities, sports, and family gatherings while strengthening community connections. Last week, Brewarrina Shire Council and AJC teamed up for site tours, in-depth planning sessions, and community immersion activities designed to ensure the project captures the unique character and culture of the town.
