Clay Target Shooting

Bourke gunslingers Kevin Hatch and Max Ingleton travelled to Cobar’s Clay Target Shooting range on Sunday and cleaned up with top honours.

In his usual wining style, Kevin ‘Driver’ Hatch won the overall high gun with a score of 146/150, only four short of a perfect round.

The Max ‘Hoss’ Ingleton chipped with a win in the A grade and a score of 138/150.

Max said the shoot was mostly a practice shoot but that it was good for he and Kevin to come away with a good win to begin 2026.

In other events, Cobar competitors shot well to earn the following wins:

• B Grade winner – Jarrod Barraclough 144/150.

• C Grade Ladies – Julianne Foster 42/60

• A grade Junior – Aiden Barraclough 130/150

• B Grade Veteran – Kirk Grogan 132/150
