Bourke Public School celebrates outstanding students Roman Robinson is the 2025 Dux

The Bourke Public School celebrated the achievements of its young students, with a presentation assembly on Monday.
At the ceremony, Roman Robinson was named Dux of the school for 2025, and Sophie Orcher won the Outstanding Student Award along with the Sportsperson of the Year Award.
The event marked a year of hard work, growth and achievement of Bourke’s outstanding youngsters.
Students, staff, families, and community members filled the hall as the school proudly recognised excellence across academic, sporting, cultural and citizenship areas.
A special highlight of the assembly was the recognition of two long-serving staff members. Melba Stutsel was honoured for an incredible 40 years of service, while Anne Maree Riches was acknowledged for 20 years of dedication to Bourke Public School.
