Bourke Food Express opens with a bang!

Bourke Food Express – a new fast food and dining outlet in Bourke has struggled to keep up with demand since opening its doors two weeks ago.

The new food outlet – operated by two brothers Swetha Sajan Beema, Raviteja Beema and their cousin Sravan Malka is located on the Sydney Road in the old premises of Dwyer’s Store at 2 Tarcoon Street.

The three partners – all originally from Hyderabad in India – have been knocked over with demand, and they expect that demand to continue.

‘Older brother’ Swetha Sajan Beema said that one of the big attractions was the longer opening hours available at Bourke Food Express – from 5am until 10pm, 7 days per week.

“We are open at 5am and people can come in early and get a coffee, breakfast and smoko for the day,” Mr Beema said.

“And then we are serving meals all day long and we are open until 10pm with fresh meals that can be ordered over the phone.” […]
