Bald Archy exhibition a big hit at Bre
Brewarrina’s Bald Archy exhibition wrapped up last week and once again it was hugely popular with local art lovers.
For many years, Brewarrina has been fortunate to be one of the limited touring locations for the Bald Archy, a unique art exhibition which features the finalists of the award.
Brewarrina is is lucky to have been the only place in the western region where it was possible to check out the tongue-in-cheek portraits of famous people. Other tour locations included Holbrook, Deniliquin, Corowa, Temora and Wagga.
Blake Brown, Tourism Administrator at the Brewarrina Visitor Information Centre said the exhibition of satirical artwork was a hit after opening on May 15. […]
