A year of growth and achievement recognised

The Bourke High School community celebrated a highly successful year at the presentation night on Monday, with students acknowledged for their outstanding achievements throughout the year.

The presentation was also a recognition of the hard work contributed by the teaching staff and support, and the unwavering support of parents and carers.

Principal Trent Graham gave a moving speech at the awards night, and said the event was not only to recognise academic excellence, but also the commitment, resilience, and talents that make the Bourke High School community so unique.

“As always, this year has been filled with many challenges and opportunities, and I am incredibly proud of how our students have navigated them with determination, kindness, and spirit,” Mr Graham said.

“Whether in the classroom, on the sports field, in the arts, or through leadership and community service, our students have shown what it means to be engaged learners and responsible citizens. […]
