Police honour their fallen officers

Officers from Central North Police District paused to reflect on their 274 fallen colleagues on National Police Remembrance Day.

In previous years, hundreds of officers and community members have come together to attend memorial services across Western Region. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, ceremonies were – by necessity – smaller on Tuesday 29 September 2020, with physical-distancing guidelines in place.
