Man wanted on outstanding warrant

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Ashton Edwards, aged 22, is wanted in relation to an aggravated robbery offence.

Ashton is of Aboriginal appearance, about 160cm tall, of thin build with brown hair and blue/grey eyes. He is known to frequent the Bourke, Orange, and Dubbo areas.

As police officers continue to conduct inquiries into his whereabouts, they are urging anyone who may have information to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Anyone who sees Ashton is urged not to approach him, and to call triple zero immediately.
