Mason Hardy fundraising update – Camp Oven Capers

An overwhelming response from the Bourke community to Friday’s night’s Camp Oven Cookout at the Bourke Pool, has organisers absolutely astounded.

The fundraising event for 7-year-old Mason Hardy, who is battling leukaemia in Sydney, was wholeheartedly supported by the Bourke community.

Over 600 dishes were served from 25 camp ovens, with pre-orders between 2pm and 6pm totally selling out the event, before the doors even opened.

Tanya Jackson, one of the organisers of the event said they were overwhelmed by the support.
