Gyrocopter outback tour at Bourke

The visitors have been coming to Bourke in a steady stream since lockdown restrictions were eased – by car, caravan, camper trailer – and gyrocopter.
A group of seven gyro pilots and two passengers touched down in Bourke last week, keen to get a taste of the outback from the ground – and the air.
Pilot Geoffrey Learmonth said Bourke was a “must see” destination for the group, which set off in two groups earlier in the week and was making its way to Comeroo Camel Farm and Broken Hill before heading home.
