Bourke’s Anzac Day services will not go ahead this year as planned, and there will be no March to the Cenotaph, and no breakfast at the Bourke Bowling Club after the dawn service.

President of the Bourke RSL Victor Bartley said he was disappointed with the restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 crisis.

“We can’t have gatherings, or the children there, and so we’ll have to cancel the whole event.
