Big night for trophy presentations

Members of the Bourke Bowling Club held their annual presentation last Friday night in the auditorium utilising the new bar facilities.

Outgoing Bowls Secretary Kurt Dickson thanked everyone for the support he received from the club staff, board and the bowlers.

Kurt said the club had a strong competition with many local bowlers doing very well when playing away at other venues. This year was also a first for the club, with the women’s pennants team playing at Wellington and in Bourke showing they are a team to watch next year.
