If you think it’s all doom and gloom in the rural property market, you’re not talking to the right salespeople, according to an agent who last week sold two major properties in the Bourke Shire.

Greg Seiler from Landmark Walsh Hughes said there were plenty of reasons for vendors to be optimistic about the value of their properties and the interest in the market.
