Bourke’s Clay Simmonds continued his incredible equestrian career with a spectacular win at the first of the Australian World Cup Qualifiers for the season, the FEI Caboolture World Cup at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre.
There were 28 starters in the event, with 15 riders jumping clear in Round One.
It was in Round Two that the excitement really started to build with current Australian Senior Champions Amber Fuller and CP Aretino delivering the first clear in a time of 50.41 and Chris Chugg on PSS Levilensky taking the second clear in 46.21.
