Bourke Aboriginal heritage study completed

After more than a decade, the Bourke Aboriginal Heritage Study has been completed.

The study began in 2007 and was partially completed before funding in 2017 allowed Bourke Council to engage consultants OzArk to complete the project.

Public meetings were held in Bourke and Enngonia in June last year as well as private consultations and meetings with individuals and organisations for input into the draft study.
