Knight’s Delites opens

Times may be tough but there are still opportunities for new businesses in Bourke, as Kristy Knight proved at the weekend.

On Saturday, Kristy and husband Jonathon opened Knight’s Delights on the site of the former Little Birdy giftshop.

Knight’s Delites is a café, not a gift shop, although there are some of Jonathon’s traditional artworks on sale – didgeridoos, boomerangs and clap sticks.
