Dreams come true for former Bre student

When Ethan Johnson one day opens the door to a General Practice somewhere in a remote town, it will be the culmination of a long held dream to give back to the community that helped him realise his dream.

Ethan said he can’t remember exactly when he decided to follow a career in medicine, but by his middle years at Brewarrina Central School, he knew that was what he wanted to do.

But there was no specialist science teacher at Brewarrina qualified in the subjects he needed to qualify for university entry. Read more in the printed edition of the Western Herald.
