Mark Coulton contest Parkes for fifth time

Member for Parkes — the National Party’s Mark Coulton will contest the Federal seat of Parkes for the fifth time.

Mr Coulton was again pre-selected by his National Party colleagues on Saturday and says he is looking forward to contesting the seat after more than a decade in Federal Parliament.

“I am honoured to have been pre-selected by the National Party at the weekend,” Mr Coulton said.

“I have found it a privilege to represent the interests of the people of the Parkes electorate, and the diverse communities across nearly half the State.

“Eleven years as the local federal member has given me a strong foundation and a keen knowledge of the rural communities I represent.
