Labor candidate for the Barwon electorate, Darriea Turley, was in Bourke this week, to meet with council and o thers ahead of next year’s state election.

Darriea has toured the region, from Lightning Ridge to Coonamble and all points in between.

She is currently Mayor of Broken Hill and visited Bourke this week to meet Mayor Barry Hollman and talk to councillors.

Born in Broken Hill, Darriea is proud of her working class heritage.
