Bourke’s Yellowbelly Café was launched with a bang last week and has already experienced several successful days of trading.
Barista extraordinaire – Kobie Lollback said that the first day of trading was very successful with a particularly busy morning.
“On the first day I served around 25 coffees during the morning,” Kobie said.
The very first customer at last week’s opening was Shaylee Kelly of Bourke who went back twice on the same day.
“I have had two cappuccinos today and I will be back again. Ten out of ten for these guys for sure,” Shaylee said.
