Chapter closes as another opens for Year 12 students

Four Bourke High School students closed a chapter in their school lives on Friday, attending their final school assembly for the year before next term’s HSC exams, and the next chapter in their lives.

Their teachers had some good advice for the Year 12s - ‘bring on the final few tasks of work placement, HSC exams, the formal and end-of-year assembly and then it’s onto the adventures of life!’

Blake Barker, Bailey Harrod, Janayah Moore, and Kylan Orcher will spend the next few weeks studying hard for the HSC exams, which start on October 11

Their Year 12 Year Adviser, Anna McCorkle, said all four had plans and ambitions once they left Bourke High School for the last time.

“The staff and teachers are all proud of our four graduating students and we wish them every success in the future,” Mrs McCorkle said.[…]
