Bush Pub and General Store with a difference

In Hebel, on the NSW-Queensland border, the Deshon family, known affectionately as “The Deshons,” has breathed new life into the iconic Hebel Hotel and General Store.
Their deep-rooted love for the town and its people prompted them to take ownership of this historic establishment in 2020, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for the community.

Visitors can now choose from 14 self-contained cabins, guest rooms, and charming bungalows.
The newly constructed cabins behind the pub boast modern furnishings, high ceilings, and luxurious shower ensuites that are sure to impress.
The décor of the new cabins rivals that of any upscale establishment, reflecting the Deshon family’s commitment to providing exceptional experiences for their guests. […]
