Bald Archy returns to Bre

Dust off the party clothes, chill the chardonnay and head to Brewarrina later this month when the Bald Archy Exhibition returns for the opening night of its western region tour.

After a couple of years of cancellations due to the dreaded COVID restrictions, the Bald Archy is back and once again it’s Brewarrina’s time to shine.

Brewarrina Shire Council is hosting the opening event with live music, food, and wine and a close up look at some of the best satirical and political portraits in the country.

Brewarrina Shire Mayor Vivian Slack-Smith said it was a coup for Bre to host the month-long exhibition once again, and this year there was even more excitement around the event after the years of cancellations. […]
