Bourke seniors celebrated International Day of the Older Person last Thursday 1st October, with a social morning of fun, food, friendship, and activity.

Registered Nurses Denise Stalley and Maria Warren from the Western NSW LHD Community Health coordinated the event in partnership with the team from the North West Academic Centre.

Denise’s goal was to give seniors an opportunity to gather in a social environment, recognizing the importance of general well-being and healthy lifestyle.
