Local footy set to return in July

There’s good news for local rugby league players with a date set for the resumption of training and first games scheduled for July 24.
Spokesman for Barwon Darling Rugby League Jack Ramage said players can head back to the paddock for training on July 18 and he was hopeful there was still time for a good season of footy.
“We can still have a productive season and there’s plenty of time to have some great games before the big Aboriginal Knockout begins,” Mr Ramage said.
