Surviving in a business dependent on farming is a huge challenge during drought.
But Managing Director of Bourke Steel and Hire Ben Ritchie has overcome recent hardships and is looking forward to a return to more prosperous times.
Ben has been at the helm of one of Bourke’s most successful businesses for 11 years and has used the economic downturn as an opportunity to refurbish his premises.
He has relocated the offices from an overcrowded demountable building to a larger structure and said he was hopeful better times were on their way.
