Brewarrina Pool upgrade officially opened

The million-dollar upgrade to the amenities and kiosk at Brewarrina Memorial Pool was officially opened on Monday (25th November) by Brewarrina Mayor Phillip O’Connor.

The old open roof shower block and cramped kiosk built over 60 years ago has had a complete makeover and Sam Farraway MLC, was in Brewarrina to join with the Mayor and locals to celebrate the official opening.

“The pool is one of the most popular summer attractions for Brewarrina families and the refurbishments, funded by the State Government’s Stronger Country Communities Program, provides an attractive, modern facility for everyone to enjoy,” Mr. Farraway said.
