Sports Star headlines Bourke community wellbeing event

“The whole idea is for people to connect over a beer and a meal, enjoy some entertainment and hear some of the stories that the guests are keen to share,” Kyle said.

The Community Wellbeing event is supported by Community Health, the Bourke AMS, Mission Australia, the Outback Division and Murdi Paaki.

It starts at 6pm at Diggers on the Darling on June 20 and is one of a series of grass roots initiatives being held across the Far West to promote better mental health.
