Drought donation from Urara to Bourke

Here’s proof that good things can come from bad circumstances. Harsh drought conditions have forged a connection between the Bourke Evening Branch of the CWA and the Freemasons Lodge of Urara.

Freemason members Paul and Ann Kennett made the long 865 kilometre drive to Bourke last week, to deliver a cheque as a helping to hand to people in Bourke and the surrounding area.
