Clinics address men’s health

A series of men’s health clinics were held across the region over the past two weeks, encouraging men to seek regular medical advice.

Health professionals from Bourke, Brewarrina, Walgett and further afield ran the clinics after data showed men over 16 were not seeking medical advice from local doctors.

Well-attended clinics were held at Enngonia, Bourke, Brewarrina, Walgett and Weilmoringle, with Aboriginal Health Practitioner Daniel Kelly saying they would be run on a regular basis.
