Big crowd for Old Boys

One of the big drawcards of the Bourke Easter Festival is the footy, from the Junior Rams to the showcase match, the Baabarians Old Boys playing the Bourke Rams.

It’s the most anticipated game of our rugby calendar and it wouldn’t be possible without the Old Boys raising their hands and pulling on their jerseys - knowing it’s going to hurt.

But for the love of rugby, they gear up and head out to their old stomping ground for one more run.

The Bourke Junior Rams played the curtain-raiser this year, proving they’re the next generation of Bourke Rugby.
