$665,000 for Bourke Arts and Culture

Member for Barwon Kevin Humphries has handed Bourke Shire Council $665,000 for a new Bourke Arts and Cultural Centre in the Bourke CBD.

The grant was provided to council through round two of the NSW Government’s $100 million Regional Cultural Fund.

Mr Humphries said Bourke Shire Council will receive funds for the purchase and fit out of the buildings at the Bourke Art and Cultural Centre.
