Local businessman Phillip Parnaby is back in Bourke doing what he does best – building businesses and employing people.
Phillip’s latest projects are a new accommodation complex at North Bourke to house meat workers from the newly-constructed abattoir, and he is in the process of training up young unemployed people to take the work. Phillip has a lifetime of experience in the meat industry, with many contacts and a good working relationship with the operators of the new North Bourke Abattoir.
