The stories behind headstones scattered across properties and in cemeteries across the Outback are gathered into an historically important series of books written by an unlikely outback author.

Lola Cormie is an octogenarian and amateur historian who has compiled an enormous body of work that began 16 years ago as a small project in her former home town of Come By Chance.
