Careers Day a big success

Bourke High School students had the opportunity to make choices about their future at last Thursday’s Careers Expo.
The Bourke Aboriginal Employment Prosperity Strategy and Bourke High School jointly hosted the event at the Multi-Purpose Hall where more than 20 organisations were represented.
Senior Project Officer of the Bourke Aboriginal Employment Prosperity Strategy Mick McDowell said the feedback from supporting agencies and students was positive, with all surrounding schools invited from years 6 to 12.
